    Q.2 How do I make a warranty claim?

    Note down the IMEI number and phone model and email it to us.

    Q.3 I placed an order. When can my handphone be shipped?

    It usually takes 1-2 days after payment is received. A tracking number will be given though email for you to track the shipment.

    Q.1 Are the products original? Does it has a warranty?

    All items are 100% original. We strictly do not sell fakes/clones/look-alikes. Handphones sold in Malaysia are covered by 1 year warranty from my company.

    Q.2 Is COD available?

    COD is available around Kuala Lumpur and Selangor areas. Bank wire transfer is done for other places.

    Q.3 Are the prices final?

    Prices here are indicative of their actual price. However as the prices of handphones fluctuate, we would advise you to contact us for an exact quote.

    We operate our business from an office. However there is no Cash and Carry available.
